Taiheiyou Belt is the current band of Guruguru Eigakan's ex-bassist Yoshikawa Masatoshi. Their first album came out on January 10th, 2006.
Since Belt is the only one playing an instrument, the background music is mostly electronic, and the overall sound is cute pop. Or rather, "Fancy Rock" :D If that puts you off a bit, don't worry - the CDs are tons of fun, and quite addictive!
Translations are temporarily down. Member section is gone because last I checked, Belt decided to be the only permanent member. Though, "last I checked" was years ago. I am currently too out of the loop to give you any serious information, sorry about that.
